Size Chart

You can see the steps below to find your Tezcan Shoes shoe size.

1. Place a blank white sheet of paper on a flat surface.
2. Wear a pair of socks on your feet that you plan to wear with shoes. (For example, bare feet for sandals, thick socks for winter boots, etc.)
3. Place your foot on the paper.
4. With the help of a pencil, draw a line at the end of your foot and at the end of your foot.
5. Measure the distance between the 2 lines with the help of a ruler/meter.
6. Find your shoe size according to the measurement in the size chart.
7. If the size you find falls between two sizes or if one foot is larger than the other, always choose the larger size.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you can return the product or products you purchased to us for a "Free Return" within 30 days from the date of delivery and a "Free Exchange" within 30 days.

Will I pay the exchange and return shipping costs?

If you meet the necessary return conditions, you can send it to us via "Yurtiçi Kargo" with the exchange and return code you received from our Customer Representative, with buyer payment. Shipments with counterpayment made by other cargo companies are not accepted.

Are there any interruptions in return transactions?

For orders purchased with cash on delivery, the "Payment on Delivery Fee" cannot be refunded as the cargo company collects the card/cash payment at the door as a service fee.
You are responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges and returns of your orders placed abroad.

In case of returning the products purchased within the scope of the campaign; Taking into account the campaign prices and discounts earned, the refund is calculated based on the total amount paid, not on a product basis.
